1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 pouch (8 oz each) P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Chicken Lettuce Wraps Cooking Sauce
1 can (8 oz each) water chestnuts, drained, chopped
2 scallions, sliced
12 iceberg lettuce leaves

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook ground chicken until crumbled and browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add onion and mushrooms to pan and sauté until softened, about 1 minute. Stir sauce into skillet and cook until sauce thickens, 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in water chestnuts and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, garnish with scallions and serve in lettuce leaves.
