1 pouch (8 oz each) Frontera® Ground Beef Taco Skillet Sauce
2-1/2 cups Gardein® Plant-Based Ground Be'f
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
20 white corn tortillas (6 inch)
1-1/4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese or plant-based Mexican style shreds
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large avocados, pitted, peeled, chopped
1 pouch (4.5 oz each) Frontera® Original Guacamole Mix

Pour taco sauce into a large skillet and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir in ground be'f and cook 5 to 6 minutes, until heated through. Stir in cilantro.
Wrap half of the tortillas in a damp paper towel, place on microwave-safe plate. Microwave 30 seconds, until hot and pliable. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon cheese on a tortilla. Scoop about 2 tablespoons filling into each tortilla and roll up tightly. Heat remaining tortillas and continue filling and rolling. Place taquitos on a plate or baking sheet. Brush top of tortillas with oil.
Air fry taquitos at 400°F in batches, seam side down, until crispy and lightly browned, 5 to 8 minutes. Prepare guacamole according to package directions. Serve taquitos with guacamole.
