You'll melt for this fudgy gluten-free brownie sundae

Let’s cut to the chase—the chewy, fudgy, hot-out-of-the-oven chase. This gluten-free brownie sundae is the only dessert recipe you’ll need this summer. It’s perfect for parties or for hanging out in your pj’s. It’s mind-blowingly decadent, yet miraculously gluten-free. It will satisfy your desire to bake, but won’t leave you searching for obscure ingredients or working a rolling pin until midnight.


You’ll start by whipping up a big batch of brownies using Glutino® Double Chocolate Brownie Mix, two eggs beaten until frothy, and our favorite ingredient—butter (6 tablespoons to be exact, but who’s counting?). After all, fat equals flavor.

Pop them in the oven, ponder life, maybe start the dishes, maybe not, re-watch your favorite episode of Friends (“We were on a break!”), and enjoy your new favorite candle—eau de brownie.

Ding! Once the brownies are finished baking and you have that nice flaky crust going along with that gooey fudge center, cut them into squares and let them cool slightly. If these aren’t for a party, but rather a party of one, you can freeze the rest for later. Warm them up in the microwave anytime you’re craving an indulgent treat.

Now comes the real hack in this gluten-free baking recipe. You can make a rich chocolate sauce using chopped dark chocolate and Reddi-wip®. Crazy, right? Microwave them together for 30 seconds and whisk until smooth.

But just in case, stack two (yes, two!) brownies on a plate, top with a rounded scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, swirl on a dollop of creamy whipped topping, drizzle with chocolate sauce, shake on some chopped nuts, and plop on a cherry.
