2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 pound boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 large onion, chopped (1/2 large = about 1 cup)
1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 medium orange, peeled, chopped
3 tablespoons bottled Caribbean jerk sauce
Cooked brown rice, optional

Place broccoli and 1 tablespoon water in microwavable bowl; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute; drain. Sprinkle steak strips evenly with pepper.
Cook steak strips and onion in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes, or just until steak is brown on all sides, stirring frequently. Drain. Add tomatoes, broccoli, orange and sauce. Simmer over low heat 10 minutes, or until hot and sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally.
Serve over brown rice, if desired.
