A sugar snap pea recipe made with frozen snap peas glazed with a brown sugar zesty mustard sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced garlic
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen sugar snap peas
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Melt Parkay in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add all remaining ingredients to skillet; reduce heat to medium and cook 5 minutes or until mixture is hot and peas are tender.

This is good but nothing fantasic. I've had better glazes on vegetables before. Actually, I don't feel like this is the best glaze for sugar snap peas. It seems like it would go better with carrots.
