Break graham cracker into 4 pieces along the perforations. Lightly crush 3 pieces. Microwave chocolate chips in 15 second increments in small microwave-safe bowl until melted. Spread melted chocolate around the top edge of serving glass and then sprinkle crushed graham crackers onto chocolate. Spread some chocolate on remaining graham cracker piece for garnish.
Empty cocoa into mug. Pour in hot water or milk and stir until dissolved. Top s'mores hot cocoa with a whoosh of Reddi-wip® and graham cracker garnish.
