1-1/2 cups ice
2/3 cup reduced fat (2%) milk
2 envelopes (1.38 oz each) Swiss Miss® Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Pour ice cream, ice, milk and cocoa into blender and blend until smooth. Add whipped topping to bottom of serving glasses. Pour chocolate syrup around the rim of the glass, if desired. Pour frozen hot cocoa on top of whipped topping and then top frozen hot cocoa with more whipped topping.
