1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 can (40 oz each) Brooks® Chili Beans
2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes
1 cup water
1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
shredded Cheddar cheese and sour cream, optional
