I enjoyed making this, it was pretty fast . I prepared all the ingredients ahead of time, then when I came from worked I cooked it, all in all took me less then an hour. My family loved it, my granddaughter which is a picky eater cleaned off her plate.
This meal was really good. Me, I like a lot of teriyaki sauce, so it was just enough. Everyone in the house loved it. Some even asked if I can make it again tomorrow, i told ....
This was pretty good, but there was way too much teriyaki sauce. I would have preferred about 2/3 the amount. Otherwise it was tasty and my family liked it. I probably won't make it again though.

Excellent Recipe!!!!!!!!!! I have used many chinese type recipes and this is the best by far. I also added bamboo slices and instead of onion and pepper mix. I used the stir fry mix bag. Yummy!!!!!!!!
