A spicy side dish recipe of roasted fresh cauliflower flavored with Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and garlic

Ingredients
  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 3 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon La Choy® Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 cups fresh cauliflower florets (6 cups = about 1 large head)
  • 1 medium lime, cut into 6 wedges
 
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray large shallow baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. Stir together oil, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar and garlic powder in large bowl. Add cauliflower; toss to coat evenly.
  2. Spread mixture in single layer on pan. Bake 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender, turning once halfway. Serve with lime wedges.

@Granny Gruntz Sriracha is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. It is in a clear plastic bottle, the sauce is bright red, and had a chicken on it. If you google it, you can see the bottle. Most stores should have it in their mexican food section, and/or katchup section. **Not rating this recipe, just replying to another comment**

*Have not tried this as yet. *Had to "choose a rating" in order to submit this message. *Would like to BUT - *What is Sriracha sauce? *Can "Louisiana Hot Sauce" be substituted? *Sounds good but do not know what "Sriracha sauce" is.
