1 lb (16 oz) Velveeta®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 cup Kraft® Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 pound ground round beef, cooked, drained
4 green onions, sliced

Combine all ingredients except onions in microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes. Stir in onions.
Serve with crackers and assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.
To use stove, cook all ingredients except onions in saucepan on medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring frequently. Stir in onions. Serve as directed.
