Make this with fresh corn cut off the cob...my Mom always called it fried corn...can make a whole meal with this and some sliced garden tomatoes

Good recipe and can also be made with frozen cut corn, milk, butter, sugar to taste and Greek seasoning salt. All you do is mix all together and bring to a low boil. Corn will foam over, skim off foam and cook to the consistency.
