1 pkg (8.2 oz each) P.F. Chang’s® Home Menu Chicken Dumplings
3 slices fresh ginger
1 pkg (3 oz each) dry ramen noodles, without seasoning packet
1-1/2 cups chopped bok choy
2 scallions, sliced

Pour chicken stock, water, contents of sauce pouch, and ginger into a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Add uncooked noodles, dumplings, bok choy, and scallions to soup. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer until ramen noodles are cooked and dumplings are hot, 5 to 8 minutes. Remove ginger slices and serve your shortcut wonton soup.
