My sister and I had some random food stuffs during the blizzard and took it upon ourselves to make something yummy. After looking up "pork sausage rotini", I found this. Because of the differences in ingredients we changed a few things around. So we ended up using double the rotini noodles, tomatoes, and tomato paste, which made the recipe great actually! If we hadn't done this it would've been far too much meat, which is why I gave such a low rating. And it also would definitely not have been enough for four people. But besides that, be sure to add plenty of spice to this dish if you want it to be flavor packed, otherwise it will be pretty bland.
