3 cups seedless red grapes (1 pound)
3 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Champagne Vinaigrette
20 slices (1/2-inch thick) baguette
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 ounces soft goat cheese
2 tablespoons pistachios, crushed

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray.
Pour grapes onto baking sheet, drizzle vinaigrette over and toss to coat. Bake 14 to 18 minutes, until grapes burst and start to shrink, stirring once during cooking. Remove from oven and cool.
Place baguette slices on a second baking sheet. Brush each with olive oil. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, until toasted.
Spread goat cheese on crostini and top with a spoonful of roasted grapes with their juices. Garnish roasted grape crostini with crushed pistachios, drizzle with more dressing, if desired and serve.
