great recipe. Also try varying ingredients to whats on hand. I used dough I got from my local grocery store bakery, worked out just as yummy. I also like to double meat mixture and freeze half for those rushed last minute dinners. defrost in microwave and continue with recipe.
Tried this twice now. Great taste, easy to prepare
I'm sure this would have been delicious, but I spread the dough too thin and it fell to pieces. All wasn't lost though, I had two pkgs of crescent rolls so I made mini pizzas. I'm anxious to try it again, I made it difficult when it didn't need to be.
this pizza is higher in carbs and without basic healthy items. by making the crust or using a tortillas ( i use like spinach flour) you can add more vegs and less carbs.
This was a good receipe when my kids were younger, I forgot about it. Thanks for sharing and reminding me how good these calzone's are.
My son really enjoyed this recipe!!! It is very healthy and delicious.
