Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz each) garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
 
Directions
  1. Place all ingredients, except oil, in food processor bowl. Pulse until smooth, scraping down side as needed.
  2. Turn food processor on; add oil in steady stream until completely combined.

Serve Peanut Butter Hummus with carrots, sugar snap peas and pita chips, if desired.
