Whisk together pancake mix, water, oil and egg in large bowl until well blended.
Preheat mini waffle iron according to manufacturers' instructions. Pour batter onto grids of waffle iron and cook until steaming slows and waffles are golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
Make mini s'mores waffle sandwiches by squeezing some frosting and fudge sauce on one waffle and topping with another waffle!
