1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (cream from top of can preferred)
3 cups water, divided
1/2 teaspoon vanilla stevia sweetener
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup matcha green tea powder
1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan sea salt
2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Reddi-wip® Zero Sugar Dairy Whipped Topping
1 large avocado, pitted, peeled
Optional toppings, such as chopped toasted almonds, turmeric, hemp hearts, toasted shredded coconut, fresh blackberries, fresh mint, or chopped dark chocolate

In a large bowl, whisk together coconut milk, 2 cups water, sweetener, chia seeds, matcha powder, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons Reddi-wip®. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Place chilled chia mixture, avocado and remaining 1 cup water in blender; blend until smooth. Divide smoothie bowl mixture between two bowls, top with chosen garnishes and additional Reddi-wip® Zero Sugar Dairy Whipped Topping as desired. Serve.
