4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Vlasic® Dill Pickle Juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup finely chopped Vlasic® Kosher Dill Wholes
1/3 cup chopped Vlasic® Mild Yellow Banana Pepper Rings
2 slices thin-sliced lean ham, chopped
4 slices Italian dry salami, chopped
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 small plum tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Italian dressing
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
toasted bread slices, for serving

Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, pickle juice and garlic salt in small bowl. Spread cream cheese dip on serving plate.
Stir together pickles, banana peppers, ham, salami, bacon bits, cheese, tomato, onion, and Italian dressing in another small bowl.
