Serve sliders with Alexia® Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries.
To cook quinoa, rinse 2/3 cup uncooked quinoa in fine mesh strainer. Place quinoa and 1-1/4 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Cool completely before using in recipe.
Make Ahead: Individually wrap and freeze cooked sliders for up to 3 months. Defrost overnight in refrigerator. Reheat in 350°F oven for 20 minutes until hot (140°F) OR reheat in skillet sprayed with PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side until hot.
