GARLIC HERB BUTTER:
1/2 cup fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
2 green onions
4 cloves garlic, peeled
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
PORK CHOPS:
1 bag (10.8 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Whole Green Beans
4 bone-in pork chops
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

GARLIC HERB BUTTER: Use a mini food chopper to finely chop herbs and garlic. Stir together butter, herbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in small bowl. If you are going to cook your pork chops right away, set aside 1/4-cup of your garlic herb butter.
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface and scoop the butter into the center in a log shape about 6-inches long. Wrap log tightly with the plastic wrap and twist the ends. Refrigerate butter until ready to use, can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for 3 months. Just cut off a portion when you are ready to use, it’s great with pork, chicken, or vegetables!
PORK CHOPS: Microwave green beans 3 minutes, until thawed. Drain any water that may be in the bag.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear pork chops until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Remove pork chops to a plate.
Add Birds Eye steamfresh green beans to skillet, top with pork chops. Divide 1/4-cup garlic butter onto each of your pork chops. Cover skillet and cook until pork chops are just pink in the center (145°F), 3 to 5 minutes. Serve your pork chops and green beans with garlic herb butter spooned over each serving.
