This was good, but I made a few changes. I added sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, paprika, garlic powder and cayenne powder along with the cumin and chili powder and replaced the tortillas with lettuce wraps to cut out unwanted carbs. If you aren't a fan of lettuce wraps then I would suggest whole grain tortillas or Ezekel tortillas which can be found in the organic frozen section of your local grocery store. Also, my dad makes homemade tomato and chilies in a mason jar, so I used his copycat ro-tel instead of the store bought stuff. Otherwise, this recipe was fantastic!
