3 fluid oz espresso
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Dispense creamer into a cocktail glass or champagne flute.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, add espresso and sugar. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold and a lot of froth has formed inside, about 30 seconds.
Using a cocktail strainer or slotted spoon to hold back the ice, pour the espresso and foam into the glass with the creamer. Enjoy immediately!
