1 bag (9.5 oz each) Birds Eye® Steamfresh Rainbow Cauliflower
1 tablespoon berbere spice blend
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
YOGURT DIPPING SAUCE:
1/2 cup grated English cucumber
1 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Prepare cauliflower according to package directions. Drain, pour into serving bowl and stir in berbere spice blend and salt.
YOGURT DIPPING SAUCE: Place cucumber on a double layer of paper towels. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can. Place cucumber in a bowl with remaining sauce ingredients and stir well.
Serve berbere spiced rainbow cauliflower with yogurt sauce for dipping.
