Add frozen watermelon, sugar, and lime juice to a high-powered blender container and blend until liquified.
Pour into a 9x13 glass baking pan and freeze for about an hour. Scrape the mixture with a fork to break up the ice crystals and return to the freezer. Repeat the scraping every 30 minutes for another 2 hours.
Once the mixture is a fluffy, shaved ice, scoop into chilled serving bowls and top with Reddi-wip. Garnish watermelon granita with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
For an adult version, try adding ¼ cup coconut rum to the blender to turn this into a refreshing cocktail!
