6 ounces dry linguine pasta, uncooked
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 red onion, cut into thin slices, separated into rings (1 med onion = about 1 cup)
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. Cover to keep warm.
Beat vinegar, oil and salt in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended; set aside.
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add peppers, onions and poppy seeds; cook 6 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add pasta and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently. Add vinegar mixture; toss to coat. Serve warm.
