1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
3/4 cup Earth Balance® Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1-1/3 cups almond milk

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt
Add peanut butter and milk. Stir together just until fully incorporated and spread into a prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean in center, 60 to 80 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before turning the bread out. Slice and serve!
Try adding some mix-ins, such as chocolate chips, cranberries, raisins or nuts. This bread is fantastic toasted with butter and jam or made into French toast!
