3/4 cup fresh basil
1 clove garlic, smashed
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
2 teaspoons nutritional yeast seasoning
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 whole grain hamburger buns

1 pkg (8 oz each) Gardein® Ultimate Italian Style Chickpea Burgers
2 slices sweet onion
4 slices tomato
1/2 cup sunflower sprouts or mixed baby greens

Place basil, garlic, pine nuts and nutritional yeast in small food processor and process until finely chopped. Pour in oil and pulse a few more times to bring the basil pesto together.
Spray cut sides of hamburger buns with olive oil spray. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and toast buns until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.
Cook chickpea burgers in skillet according to package directions. Spread homemade pesto on bottom buns. Top with onion, tomato, burgers and sprouts or greens.
