1 can (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
1-1/2 tablespoons ube powder
2 teaspoons ube extract

In a cold metal bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream on medium-high until soft peaks form, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Drizzle in the sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip until thick and stiff peaks form, about 5 more minutes.
Add in the ube powder and extract and whip until thoroughly incorporated.
Spread into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze at least 6 hours or until frozen.
Scoop ube ice cream into chilled bowls, top with Reddi-wip and serve.
