1/4 cup Log Cabin® Original Syrup
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Combine syrup, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Pour 1/2 cup marinade over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 15 to 30 minutes.
Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining marinade, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked(165°F).
