1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
2/3 cup Log Cabin® Original Syrup, divided
1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 cup Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Place ½ cup syrup in shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in syrup then breadcrumbs coating well.
Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is thoroughly cooked (165°F).
Blend remaining syrup with ketchup. Serve with chicken tenders.
