Spicy Thai Chicken Pizza on the Grill

Thai chicken grilled pizza gets a spicy kick from peanut butter combined with hoisin and Sriracha sauces topped with shredded chicken, cheese and carrot on a prebaked pizza crust

  • 1 prebaked pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Canola Oil
  • 1/4 cup Peter Pan® Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • Chopped cilantro, optional
  1. Preheat gas grill for medium heat.
  2. Brush bottom and top edge of pizza crust with oil. Stir together peanut butter, hoisin sauce and Sriracha sauce in small bowl; spread evenly over top of crust.
  3. Top with chicken; sprinkle with cheese and carrot. Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese melts, rotating pizza if needed for even heating. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Cut into 6 slices.
