My husband and I love this recipe and it was easy to make too which is important for me I substituted fresh bell peppers and onions for a bag of frozen fajita blend veggies which was the only thing the grocery store I happened to visit that day had it was a bit on the spicy side when fresh however after spending the night in the refrigerator the heat was muted quite a bit
