1 English cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon P.F. Chang’s® Home Menu Korean Style Gochujang Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon natural rice vinegar
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Place cucumber in a colander, sprinkle with salt and toss to coat. Let cucumbers stand 15 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
Stir together hot sauce, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and sesame seeds in large bowl. Stir in drained cucumbers. If you like it extra spicy, stir in some hot pepper flakes and serve your spicy Asian cucumber salad!
