1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
4 slices whole grain country bread (1/4-inch thick)

6 tablespoons Wish-Bone® Avocado Ranch Dressing
2 small avocados, pitted, peeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
microgreens or sprouts, optional

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour vinegar, water and sugar into small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 30 seconds, until hot. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in red onion. Let stand 15 minutes.
Place bread on baking sheet. Spray one side of bread lightly with olive oil spray. Turn bread and brush the second sides with about 3 tablespoons ranch. Bake 10 minutes, until lightly browned and toasted.
Divide avocado onto toast. Squeeze lime juice over avocado. Garnish avocado toast with pickled red onion and microgreens. Drizzle with ranch and serve.
