2 large red and/or green apples
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup granola cereal
8 seedless green and/or red grapes

Cut a thin slice off top and bottom of each apple; discard. Remove core from each apple using an apple corer. Cut each apple into 8 rings.
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter over 8 of the apple rings. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon granola; top with remaining apple rings. Place a grape in the center of each applewich.
If an apple corer is not available, cut apple into rings first and then remove core from each ring with tip of paring knife. Peanut butter pearwiches are delicious also.
