A no bake treat recipe made with chow mein noodles and marshmallows coated with melted morsels and peanut butter to satisfy the sweet tooth

  • 1/2 cup premier white OR semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 cup Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup La Choy® Chow Mein Noodles
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

  1. Place morsels and peanut butter in large microwave-safe container. Heat in microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until almost melted, stirring after 45 seconds. Then stir until smooth.
  2. Add chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Stir until well coated.
  3. Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined plate. Cool in freezer 10 minutes or until firm. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

These are seriously like drugs. I sat in a chair at the kitchen table and just closed my eyes and ate three of these. Soooo good. Perfect combo. Doesn't need any additions or tweaks in my opinion.

Have made this several times with changes. You can add various kinds of nuts, salted or unsalted. Add dried fruits such as raisins, cranberries, currants, finely chopped apricots. I doubled and triple the batch to make for larger groups. Make sure that you let everyone know that peanut butter is in the mix since there are so many with allergies. Out of chow mein noodles? Use mini pretzels.
