1 pkg (15.25 oz each) Duncan Hines® Classic White Cake Mix
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, flour, milk, vegetable oil and eggs until thoroughly mixed.
Spray large nonstick skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium.
Transfer batter to a plastic bag. Cut off one corner of bag to make a small opening. Drop mini pancakes onto hot griddle and cook until small bubbles form on surface. Flip and continue cooking until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve with Reddi-Wip.
A squeeze bottle, small spoon or measuring cup also work well to make the mini pancakes!
