A super quick peanut butter cake recipe topped with grape jelly

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 4 teaspoons Concord grape jelly
  • 1/2 cup dry yellow cake mix
  • 2 tablespoons Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 5 seconds Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping (about 2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup Egg Beaters® Original

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

  1. Spray insides of 4 microwave-safe mugs with cooking spray. Place 1 teaspoon jelly in bottom of each mug. Combine cake mix and peanut butter with fork in medium bowl; whisk in Reddi-wip and Egg Beaters. Divide batter evenly and place over jelly in mugs.
  2. Microwave each mug individually on HIGH 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds or until set. Invert each cake onto a plate. Serve immediately with additional Reddi-wip, if desired.
