PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 halves = 1 lb)
3 cups ice water
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup dry seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon seafood seasoning blend (such as Old Bay®)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning

Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Soak chicken in ice water 5 minutes. Meanwhile, place yogurt in shallow dish; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, flour, Old Bay Seasoning, garlic powder and Creole seasoning in large resealable plastic bag; set aside.
Drain chicken. Add, one piece at a time, to yogurt, turning over to evenly coat both sides. Place in bag with bread crumb mixture; close bag. Shake until chicken is evenly coated on all sides. Place chicken, in single layer, on prepared pan; repeat with remaining chicken pieces.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and juices run clear, turning every 15 minutes.
