A mustard-mayo spread on hoagie roll with ham, tomato and provolone for layers of flavor

  • 2 hoagie rolls, cut through lengthwise into halves
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Gulden's® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 4 ounces thin-sliced lean ham
  • 2 plum tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 thin slices (3/4 oz each) provolone cheese

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

  1. Preheat broiler. Spread cut surface of rolls with Parkay. Lightly toast under broiler.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise and mustard in small bowl; spread on toasted sides of rolls. Top each roll half with 1 ounce ham, 3 slices tomato and 1-1/4 slices cheese (enough to cover tomatoes).
  3. Place sandwiches under broiler, 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil until cheese melts and starts to bubble.
