4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed (4 large = about 3 lb)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut each potato into 8 wedges; rinse with cold water. Arrange on prepared pan. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice, such as salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning or garlic salt.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until tender, turning potatoes every 15 minutes until crisp.
