Whisk together pancake mix, water, oil and egg in large bowl until well blended.
Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturers' instructions. Pour batter onto grids of waffle iron and cook until steaming slows and waffles are golden brown. Remove and keep warm.
Drizzle double chocolate waffles with fudge sauce and top with Reddi-wip® and sprinkles just before serving. Serve double chocolate waffles.
