Breakfast slider recipe - toasted mini waffles filled with sausage balls

  • 8 frozen Odom’s Tennessee Pride® Homestyle Sausage Balls
  • 2 tablespoons Parkay® Original Spread-tub
  • 4 sets frozen mini homestyle waffles, toasted
  • Pancake syrup, optional

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place sausage balls at least 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake in center of oven 15 minutes. For more even browning, turn halfway through cooking time.
  2. Spread Parkay on toasted waffles. Place sausage balls on 8 waffles and top with remaining waffles. Secure sandwiches with wooden picks and drizzle with syrup, if desired.
