This is a spin on the Sonoran hot dog, which is wrapped in bacon (definitely BAD for a company called Hebrew National) and served in a large Bolillo roll, topped with guacamole and maybe sitting on top of a schmear of refried beans. Never saw crushed tortilla chips as a topping, but why not? JLK, this isn't about "Mexicanizing" anything, we in the US glommed on to their idea. And it tastes oh so good.
