Taco salad made quickly with crunchy taco salad shells filled with lettuce, Meal Starters Taco Night, beans, cheese and tomatoes

  • 1 pkg (24 oz each) frozen Banquet® Meal Starters Taco Night
  • 4 large taco salad shells
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 3/4 cup drained, rinsed red kidney beans
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped plum tomatoes

Purchase ingredients from Peapod or Amazon

  1. Microwave Meal Starters according to package directions. Prepare taco salad shells according to package directions.
  2. Divide lettuce between taco salad shells. Spoon Meal Starters evenly over lettuce. Top evenly with beans, cheese and tomatoes.
