2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 pkg (15.25 oz each) Duncan Hines® Classic Yellow Cake Mix
3 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1/2 cup Blue Bonnet®, melted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 24 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Mash bananas in small bowl until very smooth.
Place cake mix and matcha in large bowl. Pour in bananas, water, eggs and melted Blue Bonnet. Blend with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Blend at medium speed 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter into muffin cups. Bake 16 to 19 minutes. Cool slightly and serve with Blue Bonnet, if desired.
