1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
2 links fully cooked chicken sausage, cut in bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
8 eggs

Spray bottom and sides of 4 pint size mason jars with cooking spray.
Stir together salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder in small bowl. Divide bell pepper, tomatoes, sausage, basil and 1/2 teaspoon spice mixture evenly into jars.
Place lid on jar and refrigerate up to 3 days. When ready to enjoy, crack 2 eggs into jar and mix to scramble. Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until egg is cooked and fluffy.
