1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons minced garlic (2 tbsp = about 8-10 cloves)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 teaspoon ground mustard
2 bay leaves, finely crumbled
3 pounds beef flank steak

Combine parsley, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, red pepper, mustard and bay leaves in small bowl; set aside. Rub both sides of steak with the seasoning mixture; cover. Let stand 30 minutes.
Spray grate of outdoor grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat.
Grill steak 8 minutes for medium doneness, turning over after 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting, across the grain, into thin slices to serve.
